H&R Bike
I was walking along the river walk the other day and noticed this bike parked in front of H&R Block. I paused and wondered if it belonged to a customer or an employee. Either way, it’s food for thought!

It either belonged to someone who owes a lot of taxes or who is perhaps trying to save a few gallons of ga$! :-)
